Does TamoTamo guarantee its product?
That’s for sure. We put ourselves in your shoes and each item we ship is checked by TamoTamo staff.
The moment you notice the smallest problem or malfunction, we encourage you to take a few pictures related to the issue (even this problem will not render the product worthless) and contact us FindUs@tamo-tamo.com
The client has the right to return a product within 30 calendar days without invoking any reason and without incurring any costs other than delivery.
Thus, the period of return of a product is within 30 days of:
- The day in which the buyer has the physical possession of the last product – if the customer orders through a single order multiple products that will be delivered separately;
- The day on which the customer is physically in possession of the last product or last piece – in the case of delivery of a product consisting of several batches or parts.
The time elapsed from the date the product returns to the seller’s possession to the reimbursement of the payment to the customer will be no longer than 14 working days. Your original form of payment will be highly respected and we will refund you by a similar means.
Please take into consideration that payments through PayPal, credit/debit cards or bank accounts are time led by the banking hours set by your banks.
The costs of delivery of the tour and return are borne by the buyer
Legal persons have no right to return.
In the eventuality you decide to return the products, we warmly recommend you to inform us by email about the reason for generating this action, within 30 days starting the receiving of the order.
All goods will only be returned to us in their original packaging, totally neither unused nor damaged, in a ready resalable condition. The return will not be accepted by TamoTamo otherwise. Unless the permission for return was granted by TamoTamo and/or consent was given, return items will not be accepted.

We highly appreciate all our customers who choose to return a product, thus we grant them a special feature, based on our contractual terms.
Please rest assured with all our secure shipping and access our support for returning your products in the best conditions. Only the shipping fee will be on your expense while we take care of your product return.
Please be advised that shipping fee and express shipping fee are non-refundable.
We may provide discounts when you accomplish the criteria of a minimum purchase threshold. However, due to the return of some items, you could get disqualified from special offers and thus, we reserve the right to charge the initial price of the remaining products.
Please be aware that each purchase from special final offers cannot be exchanged or refunded in case of your wish to return them.
